Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy żywic 3-[[[2-[bis(fosfinometylo)amino]etylo](fosfino metylo)]amino]propylosiloksanowych o wzorze 1, w którym n oznacza liczbę merów disiloksanowych, a m oznacza liczbę fragmentów 2-aminoetylowych przeznaczonych do stosowania jako substraty do syntezy żywic 3-[[[2-[bis(fosfonometylo)amino]etylo](fosfonometylo)]amino]propylosiloksanowych, a także do syntezy poliamfolitów. Zgłoszenie dotyczy również sposobu wytwarzania tych żywic, który polega na tym, że jedną część molową N-[3-(trialkoksysililo)propylo]polietylenopoliaminy poddaje się reakcji z co najmniej jedną częścią molową formaldehydu i co najmniej jedną częścią molową kwasu fosfinowego, na każdą część molową grup NH w N-[3-(trialkoksysililo)propylo]polietylenopoliaminie, a reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze 273 - 330 K, w wodzie, aż do przereagowania N-[3-(trialkoksysililo)- propylo]polietylenopoliaminy, i otrzymuje się koncentrat żywicy 3-[[[2-[bis(fosfinometylo)amino]etylo](fosfinometylo)]amino]propylosiloksanowej, który nadaje się do większości zastosowań.The application relates to 3 - [[[2- [bis (phosphinomethyl) amino] ethyl] (phosphinomethyl)] amino] propylsiloxane resins of formula 1, in which n is the number of disiloxane mers, and m is the number of 2-aminoethyl fragments intended for use as substrates for the synthesis of 3 - [[[2- [bis (phosphonomethyl) amino] ethyl] (phosphonomethyl)] amino] propylsiloxane resins, as well as for the synthesis of polypholytes. The application also relates to a process for the preparation of these resins, which consists in the fact that one molar part of N- [3- (trialkoxysilyl) propyl] polyethylene polyamine is reacted with at least one molar part of formaldehyde and at least one molar part of phosphinic acid, for each part molar NH groups in N- [3- (trialkoxysilyl) propyl] polyethylene polyamine, and the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 273 - 330 K, in water, until N- [3- (trialkoxysilyl) propyl] polyethylene polyamine reacts, and a concentrate is obtained 3 - [[[2- [bis (phosphinomethyl) amino] ethyl] (phosphinomethyl)] amino] propylsiloxane resin, which is suitable for most applications.
