Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest grot lutownicy transformatorowej oraz sposób jego wytwarzania, przeznaczony do precyzyjnego lutowania elementów układów elektronicznych oraz elektrycznych. Grot lutownicy transformatorowej zawierający lutowniczą końcówkę i ramiona stanowiące jednolitą całość, charakteryzuje się tym, że lutownicza końcówka (1) z jednej strony zakończona jest stożkowym ostrzem (2) o kącie bryłowym α = 15 - 70°, korzystnie α = 22°, a z drugiej ramionami (3 i 4). Sposób wytwarzania grota lutownicy transformatorowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że drut miedziany prostuje się w prostownicy rolkowej, a następnie wygniata w nim z jednej strony obustronnie położone kształtowe wgłębienia (5 i 6) o ustalonej długości i głębokości, usytuowane symetrycznie względem płaszczyzny przechodzącej przez oś symetrii drutu z równoczesnym jego odcięciem na żądany wymiar, po czym z drugiej strony wykonuje stożkowe ostrze (2) metodą skrawania lub szlifowania, a następnie w tak wykonanym półwyrobie formuje w kształtowniku ramiona (3 i 4).The subject of the invention is a transformer soldering tip and a method of its production, intended for precise soldering of elements of electronic and electrical systems. The tip of a transformer soldering iron containing a soldering tip and arms constituting a unified whole is characterized by the fact that the soldering tip (1) is ended on one side with a conical blade (2) with a solid angle α = 15 - 70°, preferably α = 22°, and on the other arms (3 and 4). The method of producing a transformer soldering iron tip is characterized by the fact that the copper wire is straightened in a roller straightener and then, on one side, it is bent into shaped recesses (5 and 6) on both sides of a fixed length and depth, located symmetrically in relation to the plane passing through the symmetry axis. wire and simultaneously cutting it to the desired size, then on the other side it makes a conical blade (2) by cutting or grinding, and then forms arms (3 and 4) in the semi-finished product made in this way.
