Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób sieciowania i modyfikacji mieszanin elastomerowych zawierających kauczuk butadienowy i kauczuk chloroprenowy, na drodze ogrzewania tych mieszanin z donorem kationów i zmiękczaczem, polegający na tym, że sieciowaniu i modyfikacji poddaje się mieszaninę zawierającą 20 - 80 części kauczuku butadienowego i 80 - 20 części wagowych kauczuku chloroprenowego, stosując jako donor kationów cynk metaliczny ilości 1 - 5 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych mieszaniny kauczuków, jako zmiękczacz kwas stearynowy w ilości od 0,5 do 2,5 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych mieszaniny kauczuków, przy czym mieszaninę ogrzewa się w temperaturze co najmniej 423 K w czasie wynikającym z oznaczeń wulkametrycznych.The subject of the application is a method of cross-linking and modifying elastomer mixtures containing butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber by heating these mixtures with a cation donor and plasticizer, in which a mixture containing 20 - 80 parts of butadiene rubber and 80 - 20 parts of butadiene rubber is subjected to cross-linking and modification. by weight of chloroprene rubber, using as the cation donor zinc metal in an amount of 1 - 5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the rubber mixture, as plasticizer stearic acid in an amount of 0.5 to 2.5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the rubber mixture, the mixture being heated at a temperature of at least 423 K during the time resulting from the vulcametric determinations.
