Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja fotoinicjujących polimeryzację akrylanów, mająca zastosowanie w nowoczesnych wypełnieniach dentystycznych, stereolitogragii, technologii druku 3D, poligrafii, optoelektronice oraz w produkcji barwnych powłok lakiernicznych i klejów fotoutwardzalnych. Kompozycja fotoinicjująca polimeryzację zawiera jako monomer triakrylany, sensybilizator oraz donor i akceptor elektronu, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera triakrylan, pochodną kwasu kwadratowego jako sensybilizator o stężeniu 1 x 10-3 M o wzorze I, natomiast jako koinicjator mieszaninę dwóch soli: boranowej wzór II o stężeniu 1-3 x 10-3 M i difenylojodoniowej wzór III o stężeniu 2-5 x 10-3 M, w którym X oznacza atom chloru lub grupę para-toluenosulfonową, R1, R2 i R3 oznaczają niezależnie od siebie atom wodoru, bromu, fluoru, grupę nitrową lub metoksylową.The subject of the application is a composition of photoinitiating polymerization of acrylates, applicable in modern dental fillings, stereolithography, 3D printing technology, polygraphy, optoelectronics and in the production of colored varnish coatings and photocurable adhesives. The photoinitiating polymerization composition contains triacrylates as a monomer, a sensitizer and an electron donor and acceptor, and is characterized in that it contains a triacrylate, a squaric acid derivative as a sensitizer with a concentration of 1 x 10-3 M of formula I, and a mixture of two salts as a co-initiator: borate salt formula II with a concentration of 1-3 x 10-3 M and diphenyliodonium salt formula III with a concentration of 2-5 x 10-3 M, wherein X is a chlorine atom or a para-toluenesulfonic acid group, R1, R2 and R3 are, independently of each other, a hydrogen, bromine, fluorine atom, nitro or methoxy group.
