Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest tabletkarka do wytwarzania tabletek wielowarstwowych z substancji proszkowych. Tabletkarka do wytwarzania tabletek warstwowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera usytuowane na stole roboczym (1), w bliskim sąsiedztwie górnego stempla (2), co najmniej dwa leje zasypowe (3) zamontowane na urządzeniu podającym (4) co najmniej dwie substancje proszkowe, przy czym urządzenie podające (4) z lejami zasypowymi (3) osadzone jest nad korpusem rozdzielacza (5), a w komorze rozdzielacza (8), zawierającej matrycę tabletki (7), usytuowany jest obrotowy rozdzielacz (8), z co najmniej dwoma komorami zasypowymi (9). Urządzenie podające (4) w swoim korpusie zawiera co najmniej dwa poziome suwaki, z których każdy przemieszcza się nawrotnie między górnym otworem i dolnym otworem urządzenia podającego (4), zakończonym tulejką, a każdy suwak ma wykonany przelotowo pionowy otwór, natomiast każdy suwak wyposażony jest w pneumatyczny zawór sterujący ruchem nawrotnym suwaka.
