Abstract
Zintegrowany mikropaskowo-szczelinowy szerokopasmowy ferrytowy izolator mikrofalowy zawierający podłoże dielektryczne, na którym po jednej stronie nałożony jest element ferrytowy magnesowany poprzecznie antysymetrycznym polem jednorodnym za pomocą dwóch par naprzeciwlegle umieszczonych magnesów stałych, w którym pomiędzy podłożem dielektrycznym (1) a płytką ferrytową nałożony jest ekran metalizowany (3), w którym wykonana jest szczelina sprzęgająca (5), między podłożem dielektrycznym (1), a dolną parą magnesów stałych (8) wykonana jest linia mikropaskowa (6) z okrągłymi rezonatorami, zaś metalizowane paski (4) nałożone są pomiędzy płytką ferrytową, a górną parą magnesów stałych (9). Płytka ferrytowa pobudzana jest rodzajem nieparzystym.Integrated microstrip-slot broadband microwave ferrite insulator containing a dielectric substrate on which on one side a ferrite element magnetized by a transversely antisymmetrical homogeneous field is applied by means of two pairs of opposing permanent magnets, in which a metallized screen is applied between the dielectric substrate (1) and the ferrite plate (3), in which the coupling gap (5) is made, between the dielectric substrate (1) and the lower pair of permanent magnets (8) there is a microstrip line (6) with round resonators, and the metalized strips (4) are applied between the plate ferrite, and the upper pair of permanent magnets (9). The ferrite plate is excited by the odd type.
