Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu pozyskiwania metali wartościowych z rudy, przy znacznie ograniczonym zużyciu wody poprzez dyskretną obróbkę i magazynowanie odpadów gruboziarnistych. Ruda jest mielona, by wytwarzać gruboziarniste cząstki rudy. Gruboziarniste cząstki rudy są obrabianie w etapie zgrubnej flotacji, by wytwarzać frakcję koncentratu o niskiej klasie i frakcję zgrubnych odpadów. Frakcja koncentratu o niskiej klasie jest obrabiana, by wytwarzać drobnoziarniste odpady i koncentrat do sprzedaży. Gruboziarniste odpady są obrabiane osobno od odpadów drobnoziarnistych, a woda jest odzyskiwana z odpadów gruboziarnistych poprzez stertowanie hydrauliczne, filtrowanie lub przesiewanie, po którym gruboziarniste odpady są stertowane na sucho, bez łączenia z odpadami drobnoziarnistymi.
