Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wydzielania kwasu bursztynowego z brzeczki fermentacyjnej, w którym brzeczkę zawierającą 3 - 10% kwasu bursztynowego w postaci soli magnezowej z dodatkiem wodorowęglanu magnezu zakwasza się kwasem siarkowym poniżej 3 pH. Następnie oddziela się biomasę znaną metodą wirowania lub filtracji, po czym zatęża się roztwór do uzyskania stężenia siarczanu magnezu w granicach 15 - 30%, korzystnie 25%, przez odparowanie wody lub przez dodanie krystalicznego MgSO4. Następnie roztwór wodny poddaje się ekstrakcji przy użyciu acetonu w stosunku obj. 0,2 - 1,0 aceton-woda. Z wydzielonej fazy organicznej usuwa się aceton wraz z lotnymi kwasami karboksylowymi przez odparowanie do otrzymania roztworu wodnego kwasu bursztynowego o stężeniu powyżej 30%. Finalnie roztwór wodny poddaje krystalizacji w zakresie temperatur 5 - 70°C.
