Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna na bazie estru etylowego kwasu eikozapentaenowego (EPA) i estru etylowego kwasu dokozaheksaenowego (DHA),która składa się ze składnika A, którym jest mieszanina estru etylowego kwasu eikozapentaenowego (EPA) i estru etylowego kwasu dokozaheksaenowego (DHA) w stosunku masowym 1 : 0,6 ÷ 1,0 oraz składnika B, którym jest amid kwasu nikotynowego w stosunku masowym do estru etylowego kwasu eikozapentaenowego (EPA) 1: 0,1 ÷ 2 w zakresie dawki dobowej amidu kwasu nikotynowego pomiędzy 25 mg - 500 mg do podawania jednoczesnego. Zgłoszenia zawiera również zastosowanie kompozycji farmaceutycznej do prewencji pierwotnej i wtórnej zdarzeń sercowo-naczyniowych.
