Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu elektrochemicznego wytwarzania wielowarstwowych powłok metalicznych, zwłaszcza niklowych o zwiększonej odporności na korozję, w którym na podłożu osadza się jedną lub więcej warstw niklu, przy czym ostatnia warstwa niklu zawiera zmodyfikowane cząstki krzemionki, po czym tak przygotowaną powierzchnię poddaje się platerowaniu, przykładowo nanosząc galwanicznie warstwę chromu. Polega on na tym, że ostatnią warstwę niklu otrzymuje się w kąpieli galwanicznej zawierającej nikiel, do której dodaje się krzemionkę koloidalną zmodyfikowaną silanem o wzorze (CH3CH2O)3SiCH2CH2CH2N=C(CH3)CH3COCH3 otrzymanym w wyniku reakcji kondensacji aminosilanu z pentano-2,4-dionem.The application relates to a method of electrochemical production of multilayer metallic coatings, especially nickel coatings with increased corrosion resistance, in which one or more nickel layers are deposited on the substrate, the last nickel layer containing modified silica particles, after which the surface thus prepared is plated, for example by applying chromium plated. It consists in the fact that the last layer of nickel is obtained in a nickel-containing electroplating bath, to which silane-modified colloidal silica having the formula (CH3CH2O) 3SiCH2CH2CH2N = C (CH3) CH3COCH3 obtained as a result of the aminosilane condensation with pentane-2,4- dione.
