Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest spoiwo iłowo - cementowe o podwyższonej odporności na przesuszanie, przeznaczone zwłaszcza do uszczelniania wałów przeciwpowodziowych i składowisk odpadów. Spoiwo zawierające skały ilaste, cement w ilości 5 - 20% oraz wodę jako uzupełnienie do 100% wagowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera skały ilaste w ilości 35 - 60% wagowych, składające się z 30 - 60% wagowych kwarcu oraz 40 - 70% wagowych minerałów ilastych wybranych z grupy obejmującej 5 - 15% wagowych illitu, 10 - 20% wagowych skalenia, 5 - 15% wagowych kaolinitu, 20 - 40% wagowych smektytu i 1 - 5% wagowych kalcytu.The subject of the application is clay and cement binder with increased resistance to drying, designed especially for sealing levees and waste dumps. The binder containing clay rock, cement in the amount of 5 - 20% and water as a supplement to 100% by weight, characterized by the fact that it contains clay rock in the amount of 35 - 60% by weight, consisting of 30 - 60% by weight of quartz and 40 - 70 % by weight of clay minerals selected from the group consisting of 5 - 15% by weight of illite, 10 - 20% by weight of feldspar, 5 - 15% by weight of kaolinite, 20 - 40% by weight of smectite and 1 - 5% by weight of calcite.
