Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest komora grzewcza z hybrydowym systemem podgrzewania, zwłaszcza do automatycznych systemów przygotowywania i przetwarzania żywności. System podgrzewania stanowi kombinację różnych sposobów wymiany ciepła, przy czym bazowym źródłem podgrzewania jest promieniowanie mikrofalowe wspomagane promieniowaniem podczerwonym. Ściany (4) komory grzewczej (3) łączone są ze sobą za pomocą połączenia wczepowego poprzez odpowiednio ukształtowane wypusty i wpusty umieszczone zasadniczo w wzdłuż krawędzi łączonych ścian (4), przy czym w dnie wypustów, wzdłuż poprzecznych krawędzi, znajdują się wybrania w celu ścisłego przylegania łączonych elementów.The subject of the application is a heating chamber with a hybrid heating system, especially for automatic food preparation and processing systems. The heating system is a combination of different heat exchange methods, with infrared-aided microwave radiation as the primary heating source. The walls (4) of the heating chamber (3) are connected with each other by means of a dovetail through appropriately shaped projections and gullies located essentially along the edges of the connected walls (4), while in the bottom of the projections, along the transverse edges, there are recesses for tight adhesion of connected elements.
