Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest komora grzewcza z hybrydowym systemem podgrzewania, zwłaszcza do automatycznych systemów przygotowywania i przetwarzania żywności. System podgrzewania stanowi kombinację różnych sposobów wymiany ciepła, przy czym bazowym źródłem podgrzewania jest promieniowanie mikrofalowe wspomagane promieniowaniem podczerwonym. Ściany (4) komory grzewczej (3) łączone są ze sobą za pomocą połączenia wczepowego poprzez odpowiednio ukształtowane wypusty i wpusty umieszczone zasadniczo w wzdłuż krawędzi łączonych ścian (4), przy czym w dnie wypustów, wzdłuż poprzecznych krawędzi, znajdują się wybrania w celu ścisłego przylegania łączonych elementów.
