Abstract
Zarejestrowane obrazy poddaje się przetwarzaniu i analizie wykorzystując operacje poprawy kontrastu, segmentacji adaptacyjnej bądź manualnej, morfologii - erozji i dylatacji, separacji połączonych ziaren, ostatecznie dokonując klasyfikacji frakcji ziarnowych, bądź oceniając powierzchnię czynną metalu. The method of assessing the grain fractions and the active surface of metal ores by optical method resulting from dry processing of loose materials with the use of an optical detector operating in the visible light range consists in placing the tested material sample (4) in the working chamber of the analyzer along the axis (3) of the optical detector (1), and then it is illuminated by at least one pair of illuminators (7, 8) arranged symmetrically around the axis (3) of the detector (1), the mounting angle of the illuminators (7, 8) being 0 - 90 degrees by mutual relations between the axis (3) of the detector (1) and the axis (11) of the illuminator (7) and the axis (3) of the detector (1) and the axis of the illuminator (8). An opening degree greater than 60% and less than 90% is set to show the active surface of the metal on the grain surface of the metal ore, or less than 60% adjusted to obtain the maximum depth of field for the evaluation of the grain fractions. The recorded images are processed and analyzed using operations of contrast improvement, adaptive or manual segmentation, morphology - erosion and dilatation, separation of connected grains, finally classifying grain fractions or assessing the active surface of the metal.
