Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu otrzymywania kompozytu, obejmującego nośnik przewodzący, fotoaktywny substrat drobnocząstkowy i warstwę wiążącą. The application concerns a method for obtaining a composite comprising a conductive carrier, a photoactive fine-particle substrate, and a binding layer. This method involves immobilizing a fine-particle substrate exhibiting photoactivity in a binding layer on the conductive carrier using a cathodic electrochemical deposition method. The application also concerns a photoactive composite with a highly developed surface, i.e., a rough and/or porous surface composed of photoactive substrate aggregates with a size of ≤ 400 nm. TiO2 and/or ZnO and/or Cu2O and/or WO3 and/or SnO2 and/or ZrO2 and/or Fe2O3 and/or V2O5 and/or ZnS and/or CdS, or mixtures thereof doped with metals, semimetals, and/or nonmetals, are used as the photoactive substrate. A binder layer precursor is used to obtain a binder layer such as TiO2 and/or ZnO and/or Cu2O and/or WO3 and/or Fe2O3, and the conductive support is a metal, semimetal, carbon, graphite, or any other semiconductor. Electrochemical deposition is performed on at least one surface of the conductive support using galvanostatic, galvanodynamic, pulsed-galvanostatic, or potentiostatic, pulsed-potentiostatic, or potentiodynamic methods. After electrochemical deposition is completed, the resulting product is washed and then heat treated.
