Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest koncentrat detergentowy do mycia powierzchni zanieczyszczonych pozostałościami smarów, olejów i innych produktów naftowych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera: I. detergent anionowy w ilości od 1,5 do 20,5% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; II. detergent niejonowy, będący alkoksylowanym alkoholem w ilości od 0,5 do 16% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; III. związek obniżający twardość wody, w ilości od 0,5 do 21% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; IV. wodę w ilości od 40 do 96% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; V. środek antypienny w ilości od 0,001 do 1% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; a ponadto ewentualnie co najmniej jeden składnik wybrany spośród następujących: A. trzeciorzędowa amina w ilości od 0,001 do 5% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; B. trzeciorzędowa hydroksyamina w ilości od 0,001 do 5% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; C. barwnik w ilości od 0,5 mg/kg do 100 mg/kg całkowitej masy koncentratu; D. detergent niejonowy, będący pochodną amidu w ilości od 0,5 do 20% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; E. monoterpen w ilości od 0,05 do 10% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; F. związek z grupy cytrynianów lub benzoesanów w ilości od 0,01 do 2% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; G. substancja zapachowa w ilości od 0,005 do 1% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; H. 25% wodny roztwór amoniaku w ilości od 0,001 do 10% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu; I. polialkohol w ilości od 0,001 do 15% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy koncentratu, przy czym • stosunek masowy detergentu anionowego do detergentu niejonowego będącego alkoksylowanym alkoholem wynosi od 1:2 do 5:1; • stosunek masowy monoterpenu do detergentu niejonowego będącego alkoksylowanym alkoholem wynosi nie mniej niż 1:300, jeśli oba te składniki są obecne w koncentracie; • stosunek masowy polialkoholu do detergentu anionowego wynosi nie mniej niż 1 :300, jeśli oba te składniki są obecne w koncentracie.The subject of the application is a detergent concentrate for cleaning surfaces contaminated with residues of greases, oils and other petroleum products, which is characterized by the fact that it contains: I. anionic detergent in the amount of 1.5 to 20.5% m / m in relation to the total mass of the concentrate; II. non-ionic detergent, being an alkoxylated alcohol in an amount of 0.5 to 16% m / m with respect to the total weight of the concentrate; III. a water hardness reducing compound in an amount of 0.5 to 21% m / m with respect to the total weight of the concentrate; IV. water in an amount of 40 to 96% m / m with respect to the total mass of the concentrate; V. antifoam in an amount of 0.001 to 1% m / m with respect to the total weight of the concentrate; and further optionally at least one component selected from: A. a tertiary amine in an amount from 0.001 to 5% w / w based on the total weight of the concentrate; B. tertiary hydroxyamine in the amount of 0.001 to 5% m / m in relation to the total weight of the concentrate; C. dye in the amount of 0.5 mg / kg to 100 mg / kg of the total weight of the concentrate; D. non-ionic amide-derived detergent in an amount of 0.5 to 20% m / m in relation to the total weight of the concentrate; E. monoterpene in an amount from 0.05 to 10% m / m in relation to the total weight of the concentrate; F. a compound from the group of citrates or benzoates in an amount from 0.01 to 2% w / w in relation to the total mass of the concentrate; G. fragrance in an amount from 0.005 to 1% m / m in relation to the total mass of the concentrate; H. 25% aqueous ammonia solution in an amount from 0.001 to 10% m / m in relation to the total weight of the concentrate; I. polyalcohol in an amount of 0.001 to 15% w / w with respect to the total weight of the concentrate, wherein • the weight ratio of anionic detergent to alkoxylated alcohol non-ionic detergent is from 1: 2 to 5: 1; • the mass ratio of monoterpene to alkoxylated alcohol non-ionic detergent is not less than 1: 300 if both are present in the concentrate; • the weight ratio of polyalcohol to the anionic detergent is not less than 1: 300 if both are present in the concentrate.
