Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest uniwersalny środek myjący o podwyższonej lepkości i właściwościach dezynfekujących, szczególnie do usuwania zabrudzeń pochodzenia naftowego i karbochemicznego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera: I detergent anionowy w ilości od 0,1 do 8% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; II detergent niejonowy, będący alkoksylowanym alkoholem w ilości od 0,05 do 7% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; III związek obniżający twardość wody w ilości od 0,05 do 10% m/m, w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; IV dodatek zwiększający lepkość w ilości od 0,1 do 2% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; V dodatek dezynfekujący w ilości od 0,05 do 6% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; VI środek antypienny w ilości od 0,001 do 1,5% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; VII wodę, w ilości od 86 do 98% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego, a ponadto ewentualnie co najmniej jeden składnik wybrany spośród następujących: A detergent niejonowy, będący pochodną amidu w ilości od 0,05 do 10% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; B związek z grupy cytrynianów lub benzoesanów w ilości od 0,01 do 2% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; C regulator pH w postaci wodorotlenku sodu lub wodorotlenku potasu, w ilości od 0,01 do 2% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; D polialkohol w ilości od 0,001 do 10% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; E monoterpen w ilości od 0,01 do 5% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; F nanocząstki metalicznego srebra w ilości od 0,0005 do 1% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; G 25% wodny roztwór amoniaku w ilości od 0,001 do 5% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; H substancja zapachowa w ilości od 0,001 do 1% m/m w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy środka myjącego; I barwnik w ilości od 0,1 do 15 mg/kg całkowitej masy środka myjącego, przy czym: stosunek masowy detergentu anionowego do detergentu niejonowego będącego alkoksylowanym alkoholem wynosi od 2:5 do3:1; stosunek masowy dodatku zwiększającego lepkość do detergentu niejonowego będącego alkoksylowanym alkoholem wynosi od 3:1 do 1:5.The subject of the application is a universal cleaning agent with increased viscosity and disinfecting properties, especially for removing petroleum and carbochemical dirt, which is characterized by the fact that it contains: washing; II non-ionic detergent, being an alkoxylated alcohol in an amount of from 0.05 to 7% m / m with respect to the total weight of the washing agent; III a water hardness reducing compound in an amount of from 0.05 to 10% m / m, based on the total weight of the washing agent; IV viscosity increasing additive in an amount from 0.1 to 2% m / m with respect to the total weight of the washing agent; V disinfecting additive in the amount of 0.05 to 6% m / m in relation to the total mass of the washing agent; VI antifoam in an amount from 0.001 to 1.5% m / m in relation to the total weight of the washing agent; VII water, in an amount of 86 to 98% w / w with respect to the total weight of the washing agent, and further optionally at least one component selected from the following: A non-ionic detergent, being an amide derivative in an amount of 0.05 to 10% w / w based on the total weight of the washing agent; B compound from the group of citrates or benzoates in an amount of 0.01 to 2% w / w with respect to the total weight of the washing agent; C pH regulator in the form of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, in an amount of 0.01 to 2% m / m with respect to the total weight of the washing agent; D polyalcohol in an amount from 0.001 to 10% m / m with respect to the total weight of the washing agent; E monoterpene in an amount of 0.01 to 5% m / m with respect to the total mass of the washing agent; F metallic silver nanoparticles in an amount from 0.0005 to 1% m / m with respect to the total weight of the washing agent; G 25% aqueous ammonia solution in the amount of 0.001 to 5% m / m with respect to the total weight of the washing agent; H fragrance substance in an amount of 0.001 to 1% m / m in relation to the total weight of the washing agent; And a dye in an amount of 0.1 to 15 mg / kg of total weight of the washing agent, wherein: the weight ratio of anionic detergent to alkoxylated alcohol non-ionic detergent is from 2: 5 to 3: 1; the weight ratio of viscosity-increasing additive to alkoxylated alcohol non-ionic detergent is from 3: 1 to 1: 5.
