Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób i układ do oczyszczania spalin emitowanych z komina polegający na tym, że komin (1) połączony jest z filtrem pierwszego stopnia oczyszczania spalin (3), który połączony jest z filtrem drugiego stopnia oczyszczania spalin (4), który z kolei połączony jest z wentylatorem (6). W kominie (1) przed filtrem pierwszego stopnia oczyszczania spalin (3) znajduje się zestaw czujników (2a) do pomiaru temperatury i podciśnienia oraz stężenia cząstek aerozolowych i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych w nieoczyszczonych spalinach, a za filtrem drugiego stopnia oczyszczania spalin (4) znajduje się zestaw czujników (2b) do pomiaru temperatury i podciśnienia oraz stężenia cząstek aerozolowych i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych w oczyszczonych spalinach, które połączone są z modułem sterowania (5). Moduł sterowania (5) połączony jest z wentylatorem (6).The subject of the application is a method and system for cleaning the exhaust gases emitted from the stack, consisting in the fact that the stack (1) is connected to the filter of the first stage of exhaust gas treatment (3), which is connected to the filter of the second stage of exhaust gas treatment (4), which in turn is connected to it is with a fan (6). In the chimney (1) in front of the filter of the first stage of exhaust gas treatment (3) there is a set of sensors (2a) for measuring the temperature and vacuum as well as the concentration of aerosol particles and chemical impurities in the raw exhaust gas, and behind the filter of the second stage of exhaust gas treatment (4) there is a set sensors (2b) for measuring the temperature and vacuum as well as the concentration of aerosol particles and chemical pollutants in the purified exhaust gas, which are connected to the control module (5). The control module (5) is connected to the fan (6).
