Abstract

Stanowisko zawiera klinowe pomosty najazdowe (1), mechanizm obrotu (2) oraz podnośniki (3). Mechanizm obrotu (2) składa się z płyt dolnych zewnętrznych pierwszych oraz z umieszczonej między szynami toru płyty dolnej wewnętrznej drugiej (5), przy czym na płytach dolnych zewnętrznych pierwszych zamocowane są dwie płyty górne (6), które są oparte poprzez promieniowe łożyska toczne na płytach dolnych zewnętrznych pierwszych oraz na płycie dolnej wewnętrznej drugiej (5). Płyty górne (6) wyposażone są w promieniowe zębatki (8) z którymi zazębione są koła zębate silników pneumatycznych (9) zamocowanych do płyt dolnych zewnętrznych pierwszych. Na płytach górnych (6) ustawione są co najmniej cztery podnośniki (3) po dwa na każdej płycie górnej (6). Podnośnik (3) jest zbudowany z kolumn prowadzących usztywnionych poprzeczkami. The drives unlock the sliding locks between the car body frames (16) and the ends of the basket side walls. The rectangular wedges of the jacks (3) are inserted into the rectangular holes, then the basket is raised to the appropriate height by means of four jacks (3) of the turning mechanism (2), and then the plates are rolled by the air motor (9) of the turning mechanism (2) upper (6) until the wagon's basket is placed over the ramps (1). The basket is lowered to support the ends of the basket floor (24) on the access platforms (1) and the semi-trailer is inserted into the basket by means of a tractor unit so that the wheels of the semi-trailer are embedded in the recesses of the basket's second floor (24). The basket is lowered until the ends of the basket's side walls rest on the flanged pins of the body frame (16) and the semi-trailer fifth wheel rest on the fifth wheel (29) of the body frame (16) so that in this position of the semi-trailer the supporting legs are raised above the basket floor (24).
