Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest chip mikroprzepływowy do przeprowadzania oznaczeń mikrobiologicznych obejmujący płytkę, w której uformowane są segmenty inkubacyjne, rezerwuar na próbkę oraz kanały mikroprzepływowe łączące wspomniany rezerwuar na próbkę ze wspomnianymi segmentami inkubacyjnymi. Wspomniany chip mikroprzepływowy obejmuje dalej rezerwuar cieczy niewodnej zawierający ciecz niewodną, gdzie wspomniany rezerwuar może być połączony ze wspomnianymi kanałami mikroprzepływowymi łączącymi wspomniany rezerwuar na próbkę ze wspomnianymi segmentami inkubacyjnymi, przez zawór nieprzepuszczający cieczy ani gazu, który może być zwolniony.
