Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania biologicznego implantu do regeneracji tkanki chrzęstnej, obejmujący etapy: izolację chondrocytów z tkanki chrzęstnej, hodowlę wyizolowanych chondrocytów, umieszczania i prowadzenia hodowli chondrocytów na powierzchni membrany opartej na pochodnej kwasu hialuronowego. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że w kolejnym etapie prowadzi się wizualizację chondrocytów za pomocą roztworu trypsyny o stężeniu 0.25% i barwnika fluorescencyjnego silnie wiążącego się do DNA oraz przeprowadza się ocenę zagęszczenia chondrocytów na powierzchni membrany opartej na pochodnej kwasu hialuronowego poprzez zastosowanie trawienia enzymatycznego.
