Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób oczyszczania karbonizatu pochodzącego z termicznego procesu utylizacji odpadów gumowych. Sposób ten polega na tym, że karbonizat miesza się z wodorowęglanem sodu, następnie do otrzymanej mieszaniny wprowadza się wodę dejonizowaną o podwyższonej temperaturze oraz mocny kwas mineralny lub mieszaninę kwasów mineralnych, po czym całość miesza się w podwyższonej temperaturze, sączy się pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem przemywając wodą dejonizowaną o podwyższonej temperaturze, filtrat odrzuca się, a do stałej pozostałości wprowadza się wodny roztwór mocnej zasady i całość miesza się w podwyższonej temperaturze, następnie otrzymaną zawiesinę sączy się pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem oraz przemywa wodą dejonizowaną o podwyższonej temperaturze, po czym filtrat odrzuca się, a stałą pozostałość suszy się.
