Urządzenie do odwzorowania kształtu formy przestrzennej zawiera termoplastyczny arkusz zaopatrzony w układ przystosowany do generowania ciepła (4) zdolny do uplastycznienia wymienionego arkusza pod wpływem przepływającego przez wymieniony układ prądu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również urządzenie unieruchamiające części ciała człowieka lub zwierzęcia, w szczególności kończyny lub stawy, przy czym urządzenie unieruchamiające obejmuje wymienione urządzenie do odwzorowania kształtu formy przestrzennej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również układ obejmujący urządzenie do odwzorowania kształtu formy przestrzennej.
