Abstract

Mechanizm regulacyjny cylindra uplastyczniającego wytłaczarki posiadający cylinder ze śrubowymi rowkami na wewnętrznej powierzchni, trzpienie i ślimak charakteryzuje się tym, że cylinder składa się z tulei głównej (1a), z którą od strony zasypu połączona jest tuleja pomocnicza (1b), natomiast w wewnętrznej powierzchni tulei głównej (1a) znajdują się śrubowe rowki rozmieszczone symetrycznie na obwodzie. W każdym rowku śrubowym od strony wylotowej znajdują się trzpienie (2a) o zarysie linii spiralnej zestawu trzpieniowego (2) połączone od strony wylotowej pierścieniem (2b) osadzonym obrotowo do końców siłowników (3), których drugie końce zamocowane są do zewnętrznej powierzchni tulei głównej (1a).The adjustment mechanism of the extruder plasticizing cylinder having a cylinder with helical grooves on the inner surface, mandrels and a screw is characterized by the fact that the cylinder consists of a main sleeve (1a), with which an auxiliary sleeve (1b) is connected from the hopper side, while in the inner surface of the sleeve main (1a) there are helical grooves arranged symmetrically on the perimeter. In each screw groove on the outlet side there are mandrels (2a) with a spiral line contour set (2) connected from the outlet side by a ring (2b) rotatably mounted to the ends of the cylinders (3), whose other ends are attached to the outer surface of the main sleeve ( 1a).
