Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób ekstrakcji bioaktywnych składników tkanki chrząstki, takich jak żelatyna i glikozaminoglikany, polegający na tym, że ekstrakcję prowadzi się w roztworach wodnych, korzystnie buforowanych, w temperaturze od 50°C do 70°C, z dodatkiem enzymu papainy w ilości powyżej 0,01 mg/g surowca, przy stosunku wagowym rozdrobnionej chrząstki do roztworu w zakresie od 1:2 do 1:10, przy zastosowaniu ultradźwięków, zaś po zakończeniu ekstrakcji składników bioaktywnych oddziela się tkankę łączną, natomiast preparat utrwala się dowolną metodą termiczną.
