Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu, biosyntezy nanocząstek krzemionki z wykorzystaniem biokatalizatora. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że jako biokatalizator stosuje się liście osłon z kolb kukurydzy oraz świeżą biomasę F. culmorum jako biokatalizatora w siedmio-dniowym procesie biotransformacji i otrzymuje się sferyczne nanocząstki krzemionki o rozmiarze od 40 do 70 nm. Otrzymane nanocząstki znajdują zastosowanie w przemyśle biomedycznym oraz farmaceutycznym jako nośnik genów, białek, leków, środków obrazujących oraz jako biosensor.
