Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy fosfolipidowej pochodnej kwasu cynamonowego, o wzorze 3 oraz sposobu jej otrzymywania na drodze reakcji sn-glicero-3-fosfocholiny (GPC) i tlenku dibutylocyny (DBTO) rozpuszczonych w bezwodnym 2-propanolu z chlorku kwasu cynamonowego w obecności trietyloaminy (TEA). Przedstawione rozwiązanie może znaleźć zastosowanie w przemyśle farmaceutycznym i kosmetycznym.The application relates to a phospholipid derivative of cinnamic acid, of formula 3, and a process for its preparation by the reaction of sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (GPC) and dibutyltin oxide (DBTO) dissolved in anhydrous cinnamic acid 2-propanol in the presence of triethylamine (TEA). The presented solution can be used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
