Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of hydrophilization of a dynamic polylactide substitute of spongiform bone, which consists in preparing a solution of anhydrous calcium salt, selected from among calcium chloride, bromide, iodide or nitrate, with a concentration of calcium ions at least 2.5 mM, and a solution of anhydrous sodium bicarbonate or potassium and hydrated sodium orthophosphate with a concentration of bicarbonate ions at least 18 mM and orthophosphate (V) ions at least 2.5 mM, both solutions are prepared in aqueous HEPES buffer / sodium or potassium HEPES at a concentration of 0, 1 - 1M and a pH in the range 6 - 8. Each solution is mixed separately at 30 - 45 ° C for 10 - 30 min., Then both solutions are combined in a Ca to P molar ratio of 1: 1 and mixed at temperature 30 - 45 ° C for 20 - 40 minutes, after which the combined solution is poured over the implant placed in a cylindrical form with a screw cap and a conical bottom, using the implant previously soaked in alcohol C 1 -C 3 ol. The mold is shaken at 30-45 ° C, 100-200 rpm for 1-5 days, then the implant is vacuum dried at 30-45 ° C for 8-24 hours.
