Abstract

The subject of the application is a molecularly imprinted polymer, MIP, deposited on an electrode in the form of a layer, used as a recognition unit in a chemosensor for the selective electrochemical determination of tyramine. This MIP is characterized in that it is a polymer made using tyramine as a template. It contains 2,2'-bitiophene-5-carboxylic acid and p-bis (2,2'-bitien-5-yl) methylbenzo-18-crown-6 as functional monomers and 2,3'-bitiophene as crosslinking monomer and / or sodium thiophene-2-methylsulfonic acid (providing internal counterion). The subject of the application is also a method of obtaining a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIPu) recognizing tyramine by molecular imprinting in the form of a layer, as well as the use of this layer as an analyte recognition unit, including tyramine, in a selective chemosensor for electrochemical detection and / or determination of analytes, both in synthetic and biological samples, in the presence of a redox probe, lipophilic anion salts or in their absence in the case of a layer containing sodium thiophene-2-methylsulfonic acid.
