Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kanapka spożywcza, mająca zastosowanie do konsumpcji bezpośredniej, w czasie i miejscu nie związanym z miejscem produkcji. Powyższa kanapka charakteryzuje się tym, że na pieczywo (1) nałożona jest mieszanka probiotyczna (2), zaś na nią dodatek spożywczy (3), przy czym zawartość mieszanki probiotycznej w kanapce mieści się w przedziale od średnio 106 jtk/g produktu do średnio 1011 jtk/g produktu, przy czym ilość najkorzystniejsza to średnio 107 jtk/g produktu, a mieszanka probiotyczna składa się z trzech szczepów bakterii: Lactobacillus rhamnosus BG01, Lactobacillus acidophilus BG02, Pediococcus acidilactici BG03, których rozkład procentowy w mieszance mieści się w przedziałach: Lactobacillus rhamnosus BG01 - od 35% do 45%, korzystnie 40%, oraz Lactobacillus acidophilus BG02 - w granicach od 25% do 35%, korzystnie 30%, zaś Pediococcus acidilactici BG03 - w granicach od 25% do 35%, korzystnie 30%.The subject of the application is a food sandwich, applicable to direct consumption, at a time and place not related to the place of production. The above sandwich is characterized by the fact that a probiotic mix (2) is placed on the bread (1), and a food supplement (3) on it, the content of the probiotic mix in the sandwich ranges from an average of 106 CFU / g of the product to an average of 1011 cfu / g of the product, the most advantageous amount is on average 107 cfu / g of the product, and the probiotic mixture consists of three strains of bacteria: Lactobacillus rhamnosus BG01, Lactobacillus acidophilus BG02, Pediococcus acidilactici BG03, the percentage distribution of which in the mixture is in the following ranges: Lactobacillus rhamnosus BG01 - from 35% to 45%, preferably 40%, and Lactobacillus acidophilus BG02 - from 25% to 35%, preferably 30%, and Pediococcus acidilactici BG03 - from 25% to 35%, preferably 30%.
