Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania liofilizowanego ekstraktu roślinnego jako składnika aktywnego produktów, który to sposób polega na tym, że świeże surowce roślinne zwłaszcza kwiaty i owoce po zbiorze, w pełnej dojrzałości konsumpcyjnej przebiera się, usuwa części nie nadające się do dalszego przerobu, a następnie szybko zamraża do temperatury od -40 do -50°C, następnie zamrożone surowce poddaje się procesowi liofilizacji do momentu uzyskania od 1 do 2% wagowych wody w gotowym produkcie, po czym suszony sublimacyjnie surowiec rozdrabnia się z prędkością 14-15 tyś. obr./min. w czasie od 60 do 80 s mieszając z wodnym roztworem etanolu o mocy od 65 do 85% objętościowych, przy czym stosunek surowca do ekstrahenta wynosi od 1:20 do 1:24, natomiast po rozdrobnieniu surowca prowadzi się samoistną ekstrakcję w czasie od 24 do 26h w temperaturze od 4 do 6°C, a po upływie tego czasu surowiec oddziela się od ekstrahenta przez filtrację i ekstrakt zatęża się w obecności łaźni wodnej ogrzanej do temperatury od 40 do 45°C, obracając pojemnik z ekstraktem z prędkością od 20 do 25 obr./min, w wyniku czego z ekstraktu odparowuje się od 85 do 93% wagowych cieczy, po czym pozostałą ciecz zamraża się do temperatury od -40 do -50°C, a po zamrożeniu ekstrakt suszy się sublimacyjnie do zawartości wody w gotowym produkcie na poziomie od 1 do 1,5% wagowych i po liofilizacji, ekstrakt przechowuje się w warunkach beztlenowych w temperaturze od -40 do -45°C.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining a freeze-dried plant extract as an active ingredient in products, which method consists in the fact that fresh plant materials, especially flowers and fruits after harvesting, are changed at full consumption maturity, removed parts that are not suitable for further processing, and then quickly it freezes to -40 to -50 ° C, then the frozen raw materials are subjected to freeze-drying process until obtaining 1 to 2% by weight of water in the finished product, after which the freeze-dried raw material is crushed at a speed of 14-15 thousand. rpm. during 60 to 80 s by mixing with an aqueous solution of ethanol with a capacity of 65 to 85% by volume, the ratio of raw material to extractant being from 1:20 to 1:24, while after comminution the raw material is spontaneously extracted within 24 to 26h at a temperature of 4 to 6 ° C, and after this time the raw material is separated from the extractant by filtration and the extract is concentrated in the presence of a water bath heated to a temperature of 40 to 45 ° C, turning the container with the extract at a speed of 20 to 25 rpm, as a result of which the extract evaporates from 85 to 93% by weight of the liquid, then the remaining liquid is frozen to a temperature from -40 to -50 ° C, and after freezing the extract is freeze-dried to the water content of the finished product at a level of 1 to 1.5% by weight and after freeze-drying, the extract is stored under anaerobic conditions at a temperature of -40 to -45 ° C.
