Abstract

Pierwszym przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja implantologiczna zawierająca cystatynę, nośnik, substancję zobojętniającą, wodę dejonizowaną albo bufor, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera cystatynę o aktywności właściwej przynajmniej 10 jednostek inhibitorowych na miligram białka w ilości 0,02% (wagowo), substancję nośną w ilości od 15,0% do 20,0% (wagowo), i substancję zobojętniającą w ilości nie większej niż konieczna do uzyskania odpowiedniego pH, korzystnie wybraną z grupy zawierającej: NaOH albo TEA, i kompozycja zawiera wodę dejonizowaną albo bufor PBS w ilości do 100% (wagowo) masy kompozycji. Drugim przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie kompozycji implantologicznej do powlekania implantów albo do podawania miejscowego w celu wspomagania osseointegracji.
