Wynalazek dotyczy nowego flawonu z cząsteczką biotyny w pozycji C-7, jakim jest 7-O-biotynyloflawon o wzorze 1 oraz sposobu jego otrzymywania na drodze estryfikacji z 7-hydroksyflawonu z udziałem czynnika sprzęgającego jakim jest chlorowodorek 1-etylo-3-(3dimetyloaminopropylo)karbodiimidu oraz w obecności 4-dimetyloaminopirydyny w środowisku N,N-dimetyloformamidu. Wynalazek ten może znaleźć zastosowanie w przemyśle farmaceutycznym, spożywczym lub chemicznym.The invention relates to a new flavone with a biotin molecule at the C-7 position, which is 7-O-biotinylflavone of the formula 1, and the method of its preparation by esterification from 7-hydroxy flavone with the coupling agent which is 1-ethyl-3- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) hydrochloride carbodiimide and in the presence of 4-dimethylaminopyridine in the medium of N, N-dimethylformamide. The invention may find application in the pharmaceutical, food or chemical industries.
