Wskazany sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje etapy w których: w układzie dozowania aktywnego surowca materiałów budowlanych (11) dozuje się aktywny surowiec do układu tworzenia spoiwa (15) i układu głównego mieszania składników (16); w układzie dozowania piasku (12) dozuje się piasek do układu tworzenia spoiwa (15) i układu głównego mieszania składników (16); w układzie mielenia żużlu (13) mieli się i suszy żużel, a następnie dozuje się do układu tworzenia spoiwa (15) i układu głównego mieszania składników (16); w układzie dyspersji dodatków (14), wytwarza się dyspersję dodatków, a następnie dozuje się do układu tworzenia spoiwa (15); w układzie tworzenia spoiwa (15), wytwarza się spoiwo z piasku, żużlu, aktywnego surowca materiałów budowlanych, dyspersji dodatków i metakrzemianu sodu, a następnie dozuje się do układu głównego mieszania składników (16); w układzie głównego mieszania składników (16) ze spoiwa, makrozbrojenia, żużlu, piasku i aktywnego surowca materiałów budowlanych wytwarza się geopolimer.A method for producing geopolymer from active ingredients in a high-energy mixing process and a plant for producing geopolymer with this method.
