Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest związek o nazwie(+)-rel-(1R,6R,1'R)-1-(1'-Jodoetylo)-9-oksabicyklo[4.3.0]nonan-8-on o wzorze 2, przedstawionym na rysunku. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób otrzymywania (+)-rel-(1R,6R,1'R)-1-(1'jodoetylo)-9-oksabicyklo[4.3.0]nonan-8-onu, polegającym na tym, że kwas (+)-(2'etylideno-cykloheksylo)octowy o wzorze 1 poddaje się reakcji jodolaktonizacji, w której otrzymuje się (+)-rel-(1R,6R,1'R)-1-(1'-jodoetylo)-9-oksabicyklo[4.3.0]nonan-8-on o wzorze 2, który oczyszcza się metodą chromatografii kolumnowej.The subject of the application is a compound named (+) - rel- (1R, 6R, 1'R) -1- (1'-iodoethyl) -9-oxabicyclo [4.3.0] nonan-8-one of the formula 2, shown in drawing. The application also covers a method for the preparation of (+) - rel- (1R, 6R, 1'R) -1- (1'-iodoethyl) -9-oxabicyclo [4.3.0] nonan-8-one, which consists in that the acid ( +) - (2'-ethylidene-cyclohexyl) acetic acid of formula 1 is subjected to an iodolactonization reaction, which gives (+) - rel- (1R, 6R, 1'R) -1- (1'-iodoethyl) -9- oxabicyclo [4.3.0] nonan-8-one of formula 2 which is purified by column chromatography.
