Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób spawania i obróbki cieplnej złącza spawanego blach ze stali martenzytycznej o podwyższonej odporności na zużywanie ścierne z borem, w którym dla wytworzenia złącza spawanego blachę ze stali martenzytycznej o grubości 10 mm i wyrażonym w procencie wagowym składzie chemicznym: C — 0,44÷0,47; Si – 0,15÷0,50; Mn – 0,45÷0,55; P - max. 0.015; S - max. 0,010; Cr – 0,30÷0,35; Ni - 1,90÷2,10; Mo — 0,13÷0,15 B — max. 0,005, oraz o równoważniku węgla CEV ≤0,76, spawa się metodą SAW (121) drutem elektrodowym S3Ni2,5CrMo wraz z wysokozasadowym, aglomerowanym topnikiem MgO+CaF2+Al2O3+SiO2, stosując parametry spawania: prędkość spawania 60 cm/min., znamionowy prąd łuku elektrycznego I = 530÷630 A, napięcie łuku elektrycznego U = 31,5÷33 V, energia liniowa Q ≤2,0 kJ/mm, temperatura międzywarstwowa Ti<250°C, charakteryzuje się tym, że otrzymane złącze spawane poddaje się normalizowaniu poprzez austenityzowanie w temperaturze 830÷850°C przez 60 min., z chłodzeniem na wolnym powietrzu; kolejno hartowaniu poprzez austenityzowanie w temperaturze 880÷900°C przez 15÷20 min., a następnie chłodzenie w oleju o lepkości kinematycznej od 20 do 50 mm2/ s i temperaturze 50°C, oraz odpuszczaniu w temperaturze 100°C przez 24 godziny, po którym złącze chłodzi się na powietrzu.The subject of the application is a method of welding and heat treatment of a welded joint of martensitic steel sheets with increased resistance to abrasive wear with boron, in which to produce a welded joint, a martensitic steel sheet with a thickness of 10 mm and a chemical composition expressed as a percentage by weight: C - 0.44 ÷0.47; Si – 0.15÷0.50; Mn – 0.45÷0.55; P - max. 0.015; S - max. 0.010; Cr – 0.30÷0.35; Ni - 1.90÷2.10; Mo — 0.13÷0.15 B — max. 0.005, and with a carbon equivalent CEV ≤0.76, are welded using the SAW method (121) with S3Ni2.5CrMo electrode wire and high-base, agglomerated MgO+CaF2+Al2O3+SiO2 flux, using welding parameters: welding speed 60 cm/min, rated electric arc current I = 530÷630 A, electric arc voltage U = 31.5÷33 V, linear energy Q ≤2.0 kJ/mm, interlayer temperature Ti<250°C, is characterized by the fact that the obtained welded joint is normalized by austenitizing at a temperature of 830÷850°C for 60 minutes, with cooling in open air; successively hardening by austenitizing at a temperature of 880÷900°C for 15÷20 min., and then cooling in oil with a kinematic viscosity of 20 to 50 mm2/s and a temperature of 50°C, and tempering at a temperature of 100°C for 24 hours, after where the connector is cooled in air.
