Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób spawania i obróbki cieplnej stali martenzytycznej z borem, kontekście zapewnienia odporności balistycznej przeciwko amunicji pośredniej 7,62 x 39 mm nb. wz. 43 z poc. The subject of the application is a method of welding and heat treatment of martensitic steel with boron, in the context of ensuring ballistic resistance against 7.62 x 39 mm intermediate ammunition, type 43, with a PS design, in which to produce a welded joint a martensitic steel sheet with a thickness of 10 mm and the chemical composition expressed in weight percent: C – 0.17÷0.23; Si – 0.19÷0.32; Mn – 1.00÷1.10; P - max. 0.025; S – max. 0.010; Cr – 0.20÷0.37; Ni - max. 0.10; Mo – 0.05÷0.15; B - max. 0.002 with a carbon equivalent of CEV≤52, is welded by the SAW method (121) with an S3Ni2.5CrMO electrode wire and MgO+CaF2+Al2O3+SiO2 flux, using the following welding parameters: welding speed v≈60 cm/min, rated electric arc current I=530÷630 A, electric arc voltage U=31÷33 V, linear energy Q≤2.0 kJ/mm, interlayer temperature Ti<250°C, which is characterized in that after welding the sheet is thinned to a thickness of 4 to 5 mm, and the obtained joint is subjected to normalization by austenitizing at a temperature of 880°C÷900°C for 60 minutes and cooling in air; further hardening by austenitizing at 930°C÷950°C for 15÷20 minutes and cooling in water at ≤30°C; and tempering at 100°C for 5 hours, after which the joint is cooled in air.
