Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób spieniania lepiszcza asfaltowego z użyciem zeolitu nasączonego wodą pozwalający na obniżenie lepkości asfaltu. Sposób spieniania lepiszcza asfaltowego, polega na tym, że do zeolitu naturalnego dodaje się wodę w ilości od 10 do 50% w stosunku do masy zeolitu i miesza się do momentu uzyskania mieszaniny o jednolitej strukturze. Następnie do gorącego lepiszcza asfaltowego o temperaturze od 145°C do 180°C dodaje się olej silnikowy w ilości od 2 do 8% wagowo w stosunku do masy lepiszcza asfaltowego i miesza się do momentu uzyskania mieszaniny lepiszcza asfaltowego o jednolitej strukturze. W dalszej kolejności do powstałej mieszaniny dodaje się mieszaninę zeolitu naturalnego i wody w ilości od 2 do 10% wagowo, w stosunku do masy mieszaniny lepiszcza asfaltowego i miesza się do momentu rozpoczęcia spieniania mieszaniny lepiszcza asfaltowego.The subject of the application is a method of foaming asphalt binder with the use of water-soaked zeolite, which reduces the asphalt viscosity. The method of foaming the asphalt binder consists in adding water to the natural zeolite in an amount of 10 to 50% in relation to the weight of the zeolite and mixing until a mixture with a uniform structure is obtained. The engine oil is then added to the hot asphalt binder having a temperature of 145 ° C to 180 ° C, in an amount of 2 to 8% by weight based on the weight of the asphalt binder, and mixed until an asphalt binder mixture with a uniform structure is obtained. Thereafter, a mixture of natural zeolite and water in an amount of 2 to 10% by weight, based on the weight of the asphalt binder mixture, is added to the resulting mixture, and mixed until the asphalt binder mixture starts to foam.
