Abstract

Sposób nadruku kodów na folię, w którym odwija się folię, nadrukowuje kody i nawija się folię, polega tym, że po dokonaniu nadruku dokonuje się inspekcji wizyjnej. Druku dokonuje się metodą druku atramentowego z utwardzaniem promieniami UV. Inspekcji wizyjnej dokonuje się za pomocą kamer. Po dokonaniu inspekcji wizyjnej folię rozcina się nawija na osobne rolki. Urządzenie do nadruku kodów na folię posiada odwijak (1), moduł drukujący (2) i nawijak (5). Urządzenie wyposażone jest w moduł inspekcji wizyjnej (3). Moduł inspekcji wizyjnej (3) składa się z co najmniej jednej kamery. Moduł inspekcji wizyjnej (3) składa się z dwóch kamer. Urządzenie wyposażone jest w sekcję rozcinania (4) i co najmniej dwa nawijaki (5).
