Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania nanocząstek tlenku cynku, w którym prekursor cynkoorganiczny w aprotycznym rozpuszczalniku organicznym poddaje się działaniu czynnika utleniającego. Jako prekursor cynkoorganiczny stosuje się związek o wzorze [R2ZnLn]m, w którym R oznacza grupę alkilową C1-C5, prostą lub rozgałęzioną, benzylową, fenylową, mezytylową, cykloheksylową, L oznacza niskocząsteczkowy związek organiczny zawierający jedno centrum zasadowe Lewisa, o wzorze 1 lub wzorze 2 lub wzorze 3,gdzie R1, R2 i R3 oznaczają grupę alkilową C1-C5, prostą lub rozgałęzioną, grupę fenylową, grupę benzylową, tolilową, mezytylową lub winylową, w których dowolny atom wodoru może być podstawiony atomem fluoru, chloru, bromu lub jodu, n oznacza 0, 1 lub 2, m oznacza liczbę naturalną od 1 do 10.
