Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest inicjator polimeryzacji rodnikowej ATRP posiadający grupę funkcyjną z podstawnikiem aktywnym w procesie polimeryzacji, charakteryzujący się tym, że jest to inicjator dwufunkcyjny o wzorze, który zawiera co najmniej dwie grupy funkcyjne przedzielone ugrupowaniem węglowodorowym Y, gdzie pierwsza grupa funkcyjna posiada podstawnik aktywny X, a druga grupa funkcyjna posiada grupę zabezpieczającą Z, którą można chemicznie modyfikować, takim samym lub innym podstawnikiem niż podstawnik aktywny X występujący w pierwszej grupie funkcyjnej. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób otrzymywania inicjatora 2-chloro-N-(2-hydroksyetylo)propionamidu, NCPAE, znamienny tym, że etanoloaminę poddaje się reakcji acylowania za pomocą chlorku 2-chloropropionylu w obecności trietyloaminy (TEA), przy czym reakcję prowadzi się w atmosferze obojętnej, w temperaturze pokojowej, a pożądany związek otrzymuje się z wydajnością około 90%.The subject of the application is an ATRP radical polymerization initiator having a functional group with a substituent active in the polymerization process, characterized in that it is a difunctional initiator of the formula that contains at least two functional groups separated by a hydrocarbon moiety Y, where the first functional group has an active substituent X, and the second functional group has a protecting group Z that can be chemically modified with the same or a different substituent than the active substituent X of the first functional group. The application also covers the preparation of the initiator of 2-chloro-N- (2-hydroxyethyl) propionamide, NCPAE, characterized in that ethanolamine is acylated with 2-chloropropionyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine (TEA), the reaction being carried out in an atmosphere at room temperature and the desired compound is obtained in about 90% yield.
