Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kriożelowy, piankowy materiał opatrunkowy na bazie chitozanu, który charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go chitozan i kurdlan (bakteryjny ß-1,3-D-glukan) rozprowadzone w 0,5 - 3% wodnym roztworze kwasu octowego, przy czym proporcje wagowe stałych komponentów wynoszą odpowiednio 0,5 - 4% (w/v) chitozanu i 2 - 15% (w/v) kurdlanu w odniesieniu do kwasu octowego. Ponadto biomateriał w alternatywie zawiera substancje bioaktywne takie jak witaminy, antybiotyki, czynniki wzrostu, hormony, kurkuminę. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania materiału opatrunkowego, który polega na rozprowadzeniu polisacharydów w roztworze kwasu octowego, a następnie ich żelowaniu w wysokiej temperaturze, neutralizacji w NaOH, przepłukaniu w wodzie dejonizowanej, zamrożeniu i liofilizacji. Alternatywny sposób wytwarzania materiału opatrunkowego polega na rozprowadzeniu polisacharydów w roztworze kwasu octowego, a następnie ich żelowaniu w wysokiej temperaturze, neutralizacji w NaOH, przepłukaniu w wodzie dejonizowanej, wysuszeniu na powietrzu, nasączeniu roztworem zawierającym związki bioaktywne takie jak witaminy, antybiotyki, czynniki wzrostu, hormony, kurkuminę, zamrożeniu i liofilizacji.The subject of the application is a chitosan-based cryogel foam dressing material, which is characterized by being chitosan and curdlan (bacterial ß-1,3-D-glucan) dispersed in a 0.5 - 3% aqueous acetic acid solution, where the proportion by weight of the solid components is 0.5-4% (w / v) chitosan and 2-15% (w / v) curdlan based on acetic acid, respectively. In addition, the alternative biomaterial contains bioactive substances such as vitamins, antibiotics, growth factors, hormones, curcumin. The application also covers a method of producing a dressing material, which consists in spreading polysaccharides in acetic acid solution, and then gelling them at high temperature, neutralizing them in NaOH, rinsing in deionized water, freezing and freeze-drying. An alternative method of preparing the dressing material consists in spreading polysaccharides in acetic acid solution, and then gelling them at high temperature, neutralizing them in NaOH, rinsing in deionized water, air drying, soaking with a solution containing bioactive compounds such as vitamins, antibiotics, growth factors, hormones , curcumin, freezing and lyophilization.
