Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania środka wielofunkcyjnego do spieniania asfaltów na bazie wodorotlenku wapnia oraz aktywnych substancji powierzchniowo-czynnych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że wytwarza się mieszaninę spieniającą poprzez zmieszanie w temperaturze otoczenia substancji aktywnych w postaci glikolu heksylenowego w ilości od 0,6% do 26,8% m/m, chlorku sodu w ilości od 0,015% do 3,35% m/m, dichlorku N, N, N', N', N'-pentametylo-N-łoju alkilo-1,3-propanodiamoniowego w ilości od 0,75% do 30,15% m/m z wodą w ilości stanowiącej dopełnienie składu substancji aktywnych do 100% m/m aż do osiągnięcia pełnej homogenizacji a kolejno wytwarza się środek dwufunkcyjny poprzez stabilne mieszanie wodorotlenku wapnia w postaci sypkiej w ilości od 10 do 97% m/m oraz mieszaniny spieniającej w ilości od 3 do 90% m/m do uzyskania kompozycji o jednolitej strukturze.The subject of the application is a method for the production of a multifunctional agent for foaming asphalts based on calcium hydroxide and active surfactants, which is characterized by the fact that a foaming mixture is produced by mixing hexylene glycol active substances at ambient temperature in an amount from 0.6% to 26.8% m / m, sodium chloride in an amount from 0.015% to 3.35% m / m, N, N, N ', N', N'-pentamethyl-N-tallow alkyl-1,3-propanediammonium dichloride in an amount from 0.75% to 30.15% m / m with water in an amount that completes the composition of active substances up to 100% m / m until complete homogenization is achieved, and then a bifunctional agent is produced by stable mixing of calcium hydroxide in a powder form in an amount from 10 to 97% w / w and the foaming mixture in the amount of from 3 to 90% w / w to obtain a composition with a uniform structure.
