Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania giętkich opakowań z nadrukiem, zwłaszcza opakowań o podwyższonych właściwościach barierowych, mających zastosowanie w szczególności do pakowania produktów spożywczych, zwłaszcza różnego rodzaju żywności podlegającej sterylizacji lub pasteryzacji po zapakowaniu. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszej kolejności folię (1) zadrukowuje się według określonego wzoru farbami poliuretanowymi, korzystnie w technologii rozszerzonego gamutu - 7C, na fleksograficznej maszynie drukarskiej z automatycznie regulowanym strumieniem przepływu powietrza, wyposażonej w zespół drukowy z fotopolimerowymi płytami wymywanymi wodą, a następnie folię (1) z nadrukiem umieszcza się na rolce odwijającej (2) dodatkowej maszyny drukarskiej (3), połączonej z laminatorem (4), przy czym zadrukowaną folię (1) odwijaną z rolki odwijającej (2) dodatkowej maszyny drukarskiej (3) przemieszcza się przez aktywator koronowy (5) do zespołu drukowego (6), w którym na wstępnie zadrukowaną folię (1) nakłada się lakier barierowy i dalej folię (1) przemieszcza się przez tunel suszący (7) do zespołu laminującego (8), natomiast w tym samych czasie z rolki odwijającej (9) laminatora (4) odwija się folię (10), którą przemieszcza się poprzez aktywator koronowy (11) do zespołu aplikującego (12) klej, w którym to zespole aplikującym (12) na folię (10) nakłada się klej i dalej folię (10) przemieszcza się do zespołu laminującego (8), w którym zadrukowaną folią (1) z naniesioną warstwą lakieru barierowego łączy się z folią (10), z naniesioną warstwą kleju, po czym połączone ze sobą folie (1, 10) nawija się na rolkę nawijającą (13), usytuowaną korzystnie w strefie połączenia laminatora (4) z dodatkową maszyną drukującą (3).The subject of the application is a method of producing flexible packages with an imprint, in particular packages with increased barrier properties, applicable in particular to the packaging of food products, in particular various types of food subject to sterilization or pasteurization after packaging.
