Abstract

Układ cyfrowy stabilizacji natężenia prądu termoemisji elektronowej oraz napięcia przyspieszającego elektrony, zwłaszcza dla wysokich energii elektronów charakteryzuje się tym, że wyjście wzmacniacza mocy (W2) połączone jest poprzez pierwszy zacisk drugiego rezystora pomiarowego (R2) z pierwszym analogowym wejściem pozytywnym (1a) mikrokontrolera (MK), zaś drugi zacisk drugiego rezystora pomiarowego (R2) połączony jest z pierwszym zaciskiem katody (K) i pierwszym analogowym wejściem negatywnym (1b) mikrokontrolera (MK), a drugi zacisk katody (K) połączony jest za pomocą pierwszego zacisku pierwszego rezystora pomiarowego (R1) z drugim analogowym wejściem pozytywnym (2a) mikrokontrolera (MK), przy czym drugi zacisk pierwszego rezystora pomiarowego (R1) połączony jest z drugim analogowym wejściem negatywnym (2b) mikrokontrolera (MK) i masą układu (U), natomiast pierwsze wyjście sterujące (3a) mikrokontrolera (MK) połączone jest z wejściem wzmacniacza wysokonapięciowego (W1), którego wyjście połączone jest z anodą (A), przy czym drugie wyjście sterującej (3b) mikrokontrolera (MK) połączone jest z wejściem wzmacniacza mocy (W2), ponadto mikrokontroler (MK) połączony jest poprzez łącze szeregowe (B) z komputerem (PC).The digital system for stabilization of the electron thermo-emission current and electron acceleration voltage, especially for high electron energies, is characterized by the fact that the output of the power amplifier (W2) is connected through the first terminal of the second measuring resistor (R2) with the first analog positive input (1a) of the microcontroller (MK ), and the second terminal of the second measuring resistor (R2) is connected to the first cathode terminal (K) and the first analog negative input (1b) of the microcontroller (MK), and the second cathode terminal (K) is connected to the first terminal of the first measuring resistor ( R1) with the second analog positive input (2a) of the microcontroller (MK), while the second terminal of the first measuring resistor (R1) is connected to the second analog negative input (2b) of the microcontroller (MK) and the ground of the system (U), while the first control output (3a) of the microcontroller (MK) is connected to the input of the high voltage amplifier (W1), the output of which cie is connected to the anode (A), the second control output (3b) of the microcontroller (MK) is connected to the input of the power amplifier (W2), moreover, the microcontroller (MK) is connected via a serial link (B) to the computer (PC).
