Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ cyfrowy stabilizacji natężenia prądu termoemisji elektronowej i napięcia przyspieszającego elektrony, który charakteryzuje się tym, że pierwszy zacisk katody (K) jest połączony z trzecim analogowym wejściem pozytywnym (5a) mikrokontrolera (MK) i drugi zacisk katody (K) jest połączony z trzecim analogowym wejściem negatywnym (5b) mikrokontrolera (MK).The subject of the application is a digital system for stabilizing the electron thermionic current and the electron accelerating voltage, which is characterized in that the first cathode terminal (K) is connected to the third analog positive input (5a) of the microcontroller (MK) and the second cathode terminal (K) is connected to the third analog negative input (5b) of the microcontroller (MK).
