Przedmiotem wynalazku jest okładzina żelbetowa (17) zawierająca zbrojenie w formie dwóch par równoległych prętów 12a wzdłuż okładziny połączonych łącznikami 14, 15, 16 w kształcie litery "U", natomiast skład mieszanki betonu w stosunku do masy mieszanki stanowi: cement w ilości 11,0 - 13,0%, popiół w ilości 3,0 - 3,8%, piasek 0/2 w ilości 23,0 - 33,0%, żwir 2/8 w ilości 47,0 - 56,0%, plastyfikator w ilości 0,07 - 0,08%, wodę ilości 4,0 - 4,5% jak również sposób jej wykonania polegający na odmierzeniu składników betonu według receptury, po czym składniki podawane są do betoniarki w której następuje proces dokładnego mieszania, a następnie uzyskana półsucha mieszanka betonowa zsypywana jest do zasobnika betonu w wibroprasie natomiast z podajnika zbrojenia zbrojenie umieszczane jest w formie i zalewane mieszanką betonową z urządzenia napełniającego przy czym proces formowania wyrobu przez wibroprasowanie trwa nie dłużej niż 45 s, a po zakończeniu formowania podajnik blatów transportuje wyroby do komory dojrzewalni, gdzie po 48 godzinach okładziny żelbetowe (17) są paletyzowane.The subject of the invention is reinforced concrete cladding (17) containing reinforcement in the form of two pairs of parallel bars 12a along the cladding connected by U-shaped connectors 14, 15, 16, while the composition of the concrete mix in relation to the mix mass is: cement in the amount of 11.0 - 13.0%, ash 3.0 - 3.8%, sand 0/2 in the amount of 23.0 - 33.0%, gravel 2/8 in the amount of 47.0 - 56.0%, plasticizer in the amount of 0.07 - 0.08%, the amount of water of 4.0 - 4.5% as well as the method of its implementation consisting in measuring the components of concrete according to the recipe, then the ingredients are fed to the concrete mixer where the thorough mixing process takes place, and then the semi-dry concrete mix is poured into the concrete bunker in the vibropress, while the reinforcement from the reinforcement feeder is placed in the mold and poured with the concrete mixture from the filling device, the process of forming the product by vibropressing takes no longer than 45 seconds, and after the completion of forming, the table top feeder transports the works to the ripening room, where the reinforced concrete cladding (17) is palletized after 48 hours.
