Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest beton o wysokiej wytrzymałości na rozciąganie, który składa się z cementu portlandzkiego CEM I 42,5R w ilości 553,0 kg/m<sup>3</sup>, wypełniacza w postaci odpadów siatki do balotów w ilości 524,12 kg/m<sup>3</sup>, gdzie odpady rozdrobnione są na strzępki o długości od 1 do 80 mm, wody w ilości 245,55 l/m<sup>3</sup>, domieszki plastyfikującej FAST-MIX Primacolor w ilości 12,38 kg/m<sup>3</sup> oraz dodatku mikrokrzemionki w ilości 27,65 kg/m<sup>3</sup>, które w procesie wytwarzania dokładnie miesza się składniki dozując kolejno wodę, plastyfikator, cement, mikrokrzemionkę oraz odpady siatki, a formy z mieszanką poddaje się procesowi wibrowania w czasie 30 s do momentu uzyskania szczelnie wypełnionej próbki pozbawionej porów.The subject of the application is concrete with high tensile strength, which consists of Portland cement CEM I 42.5R in the amount of 553.0 kg/m<sup>3</sup>, filler in the form of waste bale netting in the amount of 524.12 kg/m<sup>3</sup>, where the waste is shredded into shreds from 1 to 80 mm long, water in the amount of 245.55 l/m<sup>3</sup>, FAST-MIX Primacolor plasticizing admixture in the amount of 12.38 kg/m<sup>3</sup> and the addition of microsilica in the amount of 27.65 kg/m<sup>3</sup>, which during the production process the ingredients are thoroughly mixed by dosing successively water, plasticizer, cement, microsilica and mesh waste, and the molds with the mixture are vibrated for 30 s until a tightly filled sample without pores is obtained.
