Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest panel podłogowy fornirowany, przeznaczony do układania podłóg na posadzkach z ogrzewaniem podłogowym. Panel fornirowany składa się z warstwy konstrukcyjnej (1), wykonanej z HDF. Do górnej powierzchni warstwy konstrukcyjnej (1) trwale przyklejona jest warstwa ozdobna (2) w postaci forniru, wykończona lakierem lub olejowoskiem. Od spodu do warstwy konstrukcyjnej (1) przyklejona jest warstwa podkładu przeciwprężnego (3), przymocowana do warstwy konstrukcyjnej (1) warstwą kleju (4). Podkład przeciwprężny (3) jest wykonany z tworzywa mineralnego o wysokim współczynniku przewodności cieplnej, np. tworzywa kwarcowego, połączonego poliuretanowym spoiwem. Od spodu warstwa podkładu przeciwprężnego (3) jest pokryta warstwą kleju (5), której powierzchnia zewnętrzna jest zabezpieczona folią ochronną (6).The subject of the invention is a veneered floor panel, intended for laying floors on floors with underfloor heating. The veneered panel consists of a construction layer (1) made of HDF. A decorative layer (2) in the form of a veneer is permanently attached to the upper surface of the construction layer (1), finished with varnish or oil-wax. The backing layer (3) is glued to the construction layer (1) underneath, and it is fixed to the construction layer (1) with an adhesive layer (4). The balancing pad (3) is made of a mineral material with a high thermal conductivity coefficient, e.g. quartz material, bonded with a polyurethane binder. On the underside, the backing layer (3) is covered with an adhesive layer (5), the outer surface of which is protected with a protective film (6).
