Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest panel podłogowy fornirowany, przeznaczony do układania podłóg na posadzkach z ogrzewaniem podłogowym. Panel fornirowany składa się z warstwy konstrukcyjnej (1), wykonanej z HDF. Do górnej powierzchni warstwy konstrukcyjnej (1) trwale przyklejona jest warstwa ozdobna (2) w postaci forniru, wykończona lakierem lub olejowoskiem. Od spodu do warstwy konstrukcyjnej (1) przyklejona jest warstwa podkładu przeciwprężnego (3), przymocowana do warstwy konstrukcyjnej (1) warstwą kleju (4). Podkład przeciwprężny (3) jest wykonany z tworzywa mineralnego o wysokim współczynniku przewodności cieplnej, np. tworzywa kwarcowego, połączonego poliuretanowym spoiwem. Od spodu warstwa podkładu przeciwprężnego (3) jest pokryta warstwą kleju (5), której powierzchnia zewnętrzna jest zabezpieczona folią ochronną (6).
